She has now returned to Globe as an Ark Start Apprentice, helping to support the next generation of young learners.
Delivered in partnership with BPP Lyceum Education Group and drawing on the expertise of Ark Start nurseries and Ark Teacher Training, the apprenticeship has been designed to strengthen the early years workforce and provide aspiring educators with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in the profession.
As a member of the first cohort of apprentices, Ayita is playing an important role in supporting young children during the vital early years of their development. Her journey is a powerful example of the lasting relationships and opportunities that can grow from being part of the Globe community.
Ayita said:
"It's funny. This whole thing is really a full circle. From nursery/reception i was like 'I want to do this'. It sounds crazy, but that was my first kind of dream job."
We are delighted to welcome Ayita back to Globe and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make on our youngest learners as she begins this exciting new chapter in her career.
