Secondary and Sixth Form Intent

Our Biology curriculum prepares our students for university and to be leaders in their community by:

  • Exposing students to STEM careers and the fundamental science underpinning the world around them.
  • Allowing students to form their own ideas and and then test them scientifically.
  • Questioning, testing, interpreting evidence and communicating key scientific concepts.

So that students make decisions based on evidence and lead the scientific discoveries of tomorrow.

“Science and everyday life cannot and should not be separated.” — Rosalind Franklin
