Ark Globe Academy is now consulting on its admissions policy for September 2027 intake. The consultation will run from Monday 1st December 2025 to Sunday 11th January 2026.
Proposed Changes
The draft policy is available via the link below, proposed changes are highlighted in yellow. Hard copies are also available on request at the contact details below.
We are proposing to reduce the Published Admissions Number (PAN) for Reception from 60 to 30, and for Year 7 from 140 to 110 for external applicants, effective from September 2027. This change is in response to a sustained demographic decline and a decrease in demand for school places within the local area. Aligning the PAN with projected local demand is a strategic measure to support the school’s long-term sustainability, while maintaining our commitment to excellence and inclusivity by offering quality education to a broader group of prospective students.
