We are not used to spending lots of time at home and it can be tricky to think what to do. Below are some examples of what members of the Globe community have been up to. Let us know what you are doing with your time at home and we will share it on this page. Send your messages and photos to Mr Bonser via emailing r.bonser@arkglobe.org.

Sewing: So as we start to get more active it seems likely we will want to use masks for journeys on public transport etc. Why not make your own?  A material mask is environmentally friendly, washable and can be very cheap. Choose great fabric and you could make a statement!

Ms Baxter has been busy making them for friends and family. Click here for a video where you can watch her full instructions on how to make a mask.

You will need:

. An old cereal box or A4paper to make a pattern (you only need this if you want to make more than one)

. Needle and cotton (a sewing machine is faster but you don’t have to have one)

. Material- you could use an old school shirt you have grown out of, old material or new - cotton is most comfortable and offers most protection)

. Elastic to loop the mask behind your ears (though you could use 2 large rubber bands instead)

Making a veg box: Look what Lik'hi and mum have been up to! They made the box from scratch and planted vegetable in it. You can see the progress in the pictures step by step.
