Ark Globe Academy Sixth Form offers Level three qualifications as either A Levels or Professional Pathways with a BTEC Extended Diploma.

All sixth form students are full time, and are working towards Level 3 qualifications that will enable them to progress either to Higher Education, higher level apprenticeships (including degree apprenticeships) or school leaver training programmes with larger employers.

If required, students are being supported to achieve a Level 4 in GCSE English or Maths alongside their core Level 3 study programme.

Our students are offered a wide range of non-qualification activity to support their progression – all students have a personal tutor, have timetabled enrichment, work readiness and assemblies.

Pathways at Ark Globe Sixth Form 

For Maths, Physics and Computing, Level 7 is required at GCSE. For Chemistry and Biology, Level 6 is required with a Level 5 in English and a Level 6 in Maths. In Economics, a Level 6 is required in Maths.
