Rewarding effort

Thursday 14 January 2016

At Ark Globe Academy we recognise the effort students are putting into their academic work in the form of a reward postcard – this postcard is sent home, so that the parents can also engage in the positive recognition by the school of their child. The postcard is then brought back by the student and placed in a raffle box in each small school. At the end of term the postcards are then drawn in the Small School assemblies and the winners are revealed.  One of our first winners, Lisa Marie Quinn of Elbrus School said “It was nice to open up the present on Christmas morning and be shocked by the sight of the laptop, it was a nice surprise. Mum was happy”.

We are looking forward to revealing this term's winners already so keep up the hard work and remember to return your reward postcards!
