Residential music trip to Sevenoaks

Our students had a wonderful residential music trip to Sevenoaks with Ark Fusion Orchestra and Spark Choir on the weekend of 25-26 March 2017.
12 Ark Globe Academy students joined other Ark school students on this trip. They performed at a big concert during the day, and had different team building activities, where they had a lot of fun.
The residential trip took place as part of a wider Ark schools music enrichment programme. The programme was designed to give intensive training to the most committed and enthusiastic Ark singers and instrumentalists, including Ark Globe Academy students. They played a wide range of music, including world music, classical, musical theatre and chart hits, which were arranged specifically for them, as well as pieces created by the students themselves.
