Drawing trips and workshops enjoyed by art students

Tuesday 25 April 2017

Some of our Year 10 students had a great day at the Victoria and Albert Museum. They practiced drawing mainly in the Japan Gallery. They very much enjoyed spending a whole day in one of the biggest museums in London and drawing different art objects and sculptures.

Another enrichment activity for the art students was drawing sessions with a visiting artist. Daniel Shadbolt, painter and experienced drawing tutor, gave our students 3 drawing workshops in our school.  Students enjoyed the drawing challenges he assigned to them, which have improved their art skills.
